Our tip for applicants

If you plan to work at our company in the future, first you will need to submit a carefully prepared and informative application. What is the best way to stand out from the competition? Through outstanding expertise on the one hand and your own unique personality on the other! Convince us that you’re the best person for the job with a well-structured CV and a persuasive cover letter. We are always looking for well-trained specialists, from young professionals to top managers. However, we are also looking for career changers, as we often train our employees to become specialists first. In short: We are simply looking for people who aspire to more, see an opportunity in everything, love variety and enjoy what they do.

Here you can apply for all advertised jobs by filling out our application form and uploading your individual application documents such as your cover letter, CV and relevant certificates as files. Once you have sent your application and we have received your information, you will receive a confirmation email. Your application will be checked by our recruiting teams and, if complete, forwarded directly to the manager responsible for recruitment. If your personal profile matches our requirements for the position in question, we will be happy to invite you to a non-binding interview. Tips for your anonymous application

Equal opportunities are an important part of our corporate culture. To counteract prejudice and discrimination during the employee application process, we also offer the option to submit an anonymous application. This means that every person with the same qualifications has the same opportunities. When preparing your application documents for an anonymous application, please make sure that you do not disclose any data that could be used to identify you (e.g. name, address, date of birth, gender, marital status, origin, photo, dates on your CV, etc.). An additional “Apply anonymously” button is available to applicants in the employee application process. The online form for anonymous applications has been customised to ensure that no information can be entered that would allow conclusions to be drawn about your age, gender or origin. When creating your documents, please make sure that you have anonymised them.

Don’t panic, this means you’ve already done something right. Your application documents have piqued the interest of our recruiting team. Online job interviews are becoming increasingly important in the recruitment process for many companies. A video interview is structured in a similar way to a normal job interview. You can complete it at a time that suits you and gain an initial insight into the company before the in-person interview. The following tips may be helpful for your video interview:

Online-Vorstellungsgespräche gewinnen bei der Personalsuche vieler Unternehmen immer mehr an Bedeutung. Ein Videointerview ist ähnlich einem normalen Vorstellungsgespräch aufgebaut. Sie können dieses an einem für Sie passenden Zeitpunkt absolvieren und können so schon vor dem persönlichen Interview erste Einblicke in das Unternehmen gewinnen. Folgende Tipps können für Ihr Videointerview hilfreich sein:

  • Select a location where there won't be any interruptions
  • Check the technology you are using (LAN instead of Wi-Fi if possible)
  • Background – what else is in the image? (neutral and “tidy” background recommended)
  • Brightness/light (front lit)
  • Dress and appear as if you’re doing an in-person interview
  • Look into the camera and not at the screen
  • Maintain upright posture like at an in-person interview
  • Stay relaxed

Application basics

  • A cover letter shows your commitment and personality. Explain why you are interested in this company in particular and where your strengths lie. The more the letter is tailored to the company, the better.
  • Your CV should ideally fit on one side of A4, be clearly laid out and give a complete picture of your skills.
  • Add all your relevant references.
  • Check all the texts carefully for spelling mistakes.
