Welcome to St. Veit!

Since it opened in 2005, our logistics site in St. Veit an der Glan (Carinthia) has played a central role in REWE Fleischwaren's logistics operations. From here, around 400 BILLA, BILLA PLUS, and ADEG stores in Carinthia, Styria, southern Burgenland, and parts of Salzburg are reliably supplied. With approximately 4,200 m², the location is an essential hub for supplying the region. The on-site team consists of 41 employees from six different countries, creating a diverse and friendly environment. The personal interaction between colleagues contributes significantly to a productive and appreciative working atmosphere.

The focus is on market-specific order picking: the goods are prepared at the respective preparation site for the stores and delivered in batches. In addition to in-house products, commercial goods such as poultry, fish, and offal are also distributed. With its own vehicle fleet, which together with the Eberstalzell and Traiskirchen sites forms the internal transport fleet, a total of 13 trucks are in operation in St. Veit. Every month, they cover over 100,000 kilometers and pick around 800,000 products.
