(Senior) IT-Business Analyst (m/w/x) (female/male/diverse)

As the IT of REWE Group Austria, we work together with our more than 600 employees to develop innovative IT products and services for all our corporate divisions in Austria and abroad, setting the tone for modern trade. 

As IT-Business Analyst in Customer Loyalty, you'll support the international team to develop applications for our Loyalty tools in Austria and CEE countries. In this role you assist our subsidiaries and departments of REWE International with different projects by formulating requirements, designing and implementing the solution into the current IT landscape. 

Job description

  • Analyze, evaluate, challenge and align business requirements and translate them into technical designs to improve and develop the current CRM landscape, focused on the Loyalty tools and mechanics.
  • Consult our stakeholders in technical questions for the solution design
  • Define “AS-IS” processes and create “TO-BE” solutions to improve current processes and develop new capabilities.
  • Create and moderate workshops by respecting methods of business analysis
  • Write and track Epics and User Stories (in Jira)

Qualifications

  • Self-organized way of working, excellent communication and motivational skills
  • First experience in business analysis/requirements engineering
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken
  • Analytical and Problem-solving mindset
  • Team player (colleagues as well as external partners)
