Sales Trainee Programs
Are you interested in a leadership position in sales? Our trainee programs prepare you within 12 months for a role as a Regional Manager (BILLA) or District Manager (PENNY, BIPA). As a future leader in the retail industry, it is essential that you identify with the company's brand and values and have a genuine interest in both people management and sales.
The modules
- Working in a store/branch
- Gaining basic leadership experience as a deputy and in a managerial position
- Further training by experienced managers
- Taking over and managing your own sales area/regional area/store
- The programme is rounded off by complementary training and continuing education.
Acceptance onto the programme
- In order to be accepted onto one of our trainee programmes, you have to go through an employee application process that involves several stages. Please refer to the respective BILLA, PENNY and BIPA company websites for detailed information on the processes.
