Income, salary, hourly wage

A mini-job in retail offers you a clearly regulated employment relationship with fair and transparent framework conditions in marginal employment.
You will receive an attractive salary of at least € 292.34 based on the collective agreement for the retail sector. Depending on the retail company and the exact job, an overpayment is possible. Your hours per month will be planned in such a way that your income remains low and you reliably comply with the marginal earnings threshold. This means that you will not normally have to pay any mandatory social security contributions. As with all employees in a marginal employment relationship, you are also covered by statutory accident insurance in a mini-job. Of course, you are also entitled to paid vacation days on a pro rata basis in your marginal employment relationship. Vacation is based on the number of days worked per year.
